Beyond Imagination

I used to make Ensaimada before when i was pregnant. I have a good taste to it since then.
Ensaimadas are warm, yeast-based cakes fashioned into round, coiled shapes. This recipe is time consuming to prepare because you need to wait until the dough rises. However, ensaimada is a delightful rolls when you follow the exact procedure on making. This is good in breakfast with hot coffee.
Here’s how to make Ensaimada.

3 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
4 eggyolks, beaten

2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggyolks, beaten
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
melted butter

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water (about 12 minutes). Add the next 2 ingredients and beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon (about 5 minutes). Set aside to rise until spongy (about 35 minutes). To the sponge, add the next 4 ingredients. Beat throroughly (about 8 minutes), and let rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes). Add to the risen dough all remaining ingredients (except the last). Blend well and transfer to a floured board. Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and leave doug on the board to rise (about 30 minutes). Divide doug into small portions. Roll out each portion into a thin sheet. Brush surface with melted butter. Roll like jelly roll and form into a bun. Arrange buns on a slightly greased baking sheet, or place in torta tins, and let rise until light (about 15-20 minutes). Brush tops with slightly beaten egg and bake at 400 degrees F. until golden brown (about 15 minutes). Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Makes 2 dozen small ensaimadas

I’m just doing my little update here now. I get upset today cause my laptop didnt act right. I know there’s something wrong in it. I shouldn’t have fooled with it earlier. I think it gets worse now.  The webpage ain’t woking as well as my messenger. I was thinking it was ou r connection but i kind of doubt because the desktop is working. Husband and I were puzzled. We are not an expet of this thing. Kinda illeterate about computer staff as long as its working we are fine. But now that its got a problem i don’t know. I guess we have to sent it back and get a new one or let them to get it fix. It was under warranty anyway. Hubby just bought it for me as xmas present.

So, i hope before that happens hubby can fixed it before then.

Hey yah! How this blog going on here? I wasn’t able to update this yesterday because i am too busy with my paid post. 

I got a little of opps today from sponsoredrviews and its already done. Its 50 words only for 5 bucks so it may help for me a little bit.

Its too cold up here today. Its snowing outside. I wish i can go out and take pictures but hubby is not her. Nobody can help me with Alyssa. We have a good time yesterday taking pictures in a snow with my baby.  It was her fist time seeing a bunch of snow in the ground. She always looking down. I guess she was wondering what is it? What happe to the wold why it is so cold.

We didnt stay too long outside because its not good fo a baby to stay in a cold for a long time.

Yesterday, i got a mail from Health Department Services together with $10 gift card frm walmart as a reward for my survey participation for PRAMS (pregnancy risk assestment monitoring system). This is related to my pregnancy and delivering a baby last July.

I never thought they’re going to give me a gift card. I did the survey because i want to help womens and society to be aware on pregnancy risk by giving my exact information and experience on pregnancy.

Whew! I never thought i have such a good but pretty tiring days. Do you know why? Well, no doubt, blogging cause me to feel like that. Honestly, i set up too much blogs nowadays from different sites. Its pretty tired but i know i have to work on it and i hope someday i gained a fruitfull reward for doing it. 

 Today i have this little confused playing on my mind. I  have been to the other site which enable for me to see my indexed pages from google. I was happy at the same time confused on why my other blogs are go back to 50 indexed pages. Yesterday or other day it was like 52 but how come it went down to 50.  It is supposed to go up the numbers instead og going down. I am updating each one of them everyday. I don’t see any problems with that?  How i wish i know the exact reason why it caused to do that but unfortunately not.

Anyway i am going to check on it again tomorrow on how it does because today i ain’t very happy looking at it. Although 2 of my newer blogs are already indexed at 1 or 2 pages but still not a good reason for me to be happy because my old other blogs are affected and went down.
